PROCESS

We take care of everything from surface prep to final seal. Here’s how we make it easy:

1. Preparation & Planning

  • Finalize design, materials, and layout with the client.

  • Confirm measurements, plumbing, and electrical requirements.

  • Order and verify all materials and fixtures before demolition begins.

  • Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and dust barriers.

2. Demolition

  • Safely disconnect plumbing and electrical.

  • Remove old fixtures: vanity, toilet, tub, shower, lighting, and accessories.

  • Remove old flooring, wall finishes, and drywall as needed.

  • Properly dispose of debris.

3. Rough-In Work

  • Adjust plumbing lines for new layouts (drains, supply lines, shower valves).

  • Update electrical for new lighting, GFCI outlets, exhaust fans, and heated floors if applicable.

  • Install blocking in walls for future fixtures (grab bars, vanities, etc.).

  • Inspect and repair subfloor or framing if needed.

4. Structural & Surface Preparation

7. Final Steps
